Proximity Voltage Detector The PRX-4 Proximity Voltage Detector provides utility professionals, arborists and first responders with a safety tool that will alert them to potentially dangerous high voltage in their work areas. The PRX-4 is a non contact detector with two voltage ranges: · 50V – 4kV, 3” (8cm) detection range · 4kV – UP, 10” (25cm) detection range The PRX-4 utilizes a rugged, durable, water resistant housing with dual hotstick connections - universal spline and shotgun stick. All of this is achieved while weighing less than 1 pound (.45kg).
